1. What products do Smith's Pets sell?

We stock a full range of food, treats, toys, bedding, habitats, health products and accessories for dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, birds and aquatics. Both the Portrack and Billingham stores carry a wide variety of trusted brands.

2. Are pets allowed inside the stores?

Yes! All well behaved pets are welcome in both of our shops. We love meeting your pets from the fluffiest dog to the chattiest parrot come by and say hi!

3. Do you sell live animals?

Yes, ONLY our Portrack store. We offer a selection of small animals, birds and aquatics (depending on availability). For up-to-date information, it’s best to contact our Portrack store directly!

4. Do you offer grooming or nail-clipping services?

We offer nail clipping. Availability can vary between Portrack and Billingham, so please call your nearest store for details. There is a dog groomer on the same site as us (The Dog Grooming Company)

5. Can I place an order over the phone or reserve items?

We are happy to reserve items for collection when stock allows. Simply call either store and our team will do their best to help.

6. Do you offer local delivery?

We may be able to offer local delivery depending on the item and location. Contact your nearest store to check availability.
